Our cottage is family friendly and pet friendly. It is fully furnished with all the conveniences and comforts of home as well as having wireless and dish satellite.
 We are convenient to the TONY AWARD WINNING UTAH SHAKESPEAREAN FESTIVAL. Make reservations to come and see plays, have a wonderful dinner at the Garden House restaurant and then retreat to your quiet cottage for an evening soak in the hot tub under the stars.
In the winter months we are only 45 minutes to Brian Head Ski Resort. You can
snowmobile, snowboard and ski on the 2 hills offered that are beautiful and beginner friendly.
 We also offer a SPA or WELLNESS RETREAT theme - Therapeutic Massage with Linda Williams NCTMB. Linda can come to your cottage to give you
a Therapeutic Massage combined with Energy work to promote healing, relaxation and overall good health.
Melanie Paulk Abderrahman RCYT, is your on-site Yoga Therapist. She has 10 years plus experience in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. You can schedule private sessions with her, either outdoors (weather permitting), or in her Yoga Therapy Room right on the property. She is also the director and owner of SAGE HILLS YOGA

 Are you looking for CREATIVE INSPIRATION? We offer it here with our 200 MILLION YEAR OLD MAGNETITE FIN that is unique to this area and the largest exposed vein left in Southern Utah. This rock formation is very unusual and has naturally magnetic properties that promote creativity, relaxation and grounding. This vein of MAGNETITE, runs throughout the property and there is a very large outcropping of it a few feet away from your cottage. See photos of the fin on the Labryrinth page. And don't forget the cottage also features an ART GALLERY.
Cottage guests also receive free admission to Iron Mission State Park Museum in Cedar City, home of Southern Utah's history. Pick up your admission coupon from Melanie.
